I am thinking that the famous NY athlete is Derek Jeter. I don't know many others actually and he is quite famous, and has dated a lot of actresses. He has dated Vanessa Minnillo and others. Which one of his exes is pint sized?
I think Derek Jeter was connected for a time with Eva Longoria.
Don't think Jeter ever actually dated Eva- my guess is Sean Avery and Elisha Cuthbert. She is only 5'2'' and they apparently had an ugly breakup so it wouldn't surprise me that he would say stuff about her.
