Short and Blind
Which lead singer of a band that’s all about giving back and clean living and saving the world abandoned his wife and children for a woman he met online last summer? Which tv starlet was so hard up for “happy” the other day, she couldn’t stop twitching, resulting in too many wasted takes?

#1 sounds like Bono from U2 but hope it's not. #2-no idea. One of the Gossip Girls?

Could be Bono, I hope not too. The "all about giving back" blurb hints that it was someone on Idol Gives Back the other night. Maroon 5 and Daughtry were also a part of the show. Adam Levine does not have a wife and kids but Chris Daughtry does... could be him.
For #2, yeah probably one of the gossip girls (again).

Chris Martin? Lainey previously mentioned that Gwyneth never says his name. You never see them together.
Cannot imagine Bono sitting at a computer and meeting someone. Please, NO, not Bono!

I think this might actually be a Canadian blind item (Lainey's from Vancouver)... Steven Page of the Barenaked Ladies recently left his wife and kiddies and showed up with a new girlfriend at a recent event. The band is known for their clean living and charitable work.

It makes sense that this would be about a Canadian singer since Lainey was just at the Juno awards. In fact, that's probably the event where he premiered his new girlfriend.

Yeah, I agree that makes sense. What a loser. Anyway, both of Lainey's exclusions so far have been mentioned here. And when she eliminated Bono she said, "not Bono, do you feel better now?". I think Lainey has been reading our site.
