Lainey - They're creeping everyone out

Happy Thanksgiving fellow Americans!  We are getting caught up with gossip.  Here is a new Lainey blind riddle, written by her co-blogger Sarah On November 23 -

They're creeping everyone out

This director doesn’t have a reputation for engaging in tomfoolery on his sets, and this starlet has no reputation at all, yet they’ve been raising eyebrows with their vaguely off-putting relationship, which is inching into “professionally inappropriate” territory.  Their weird fascination with one another is making some folks wonder if they could become a liability while promoting their film. She’s infatuated but he’s playing Pygmalion, a scenario that always ends messily. Someone should warn her, bless her little heart.

I've read a few suggestions for the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo remake (i.e. Americans won't read subtitles, doesn't everyone speak American?).
So Rooney Mara and David Fincher?

Rita said...

Yeah, that one was very easy:

Rooney Mara and David Fincher.

During an interview at a restaurant with the cast, the reporter stated how weird it was that Rooney showed absolute adoration to her director, and would get his permission to order food.

Her co-star, Daniel Craig, also stated that he was weirded out by their intense relationship.

Yeah I think that's so crazy about the food thing. I mean I understand wanting to keep your boss happy but that's pretty creepy. Does anyone think there's something more going on, if you know what I mean?

Fincher & Mara Rooney:i guess Lainey read too much their Vogue interview (the Vogue journalist didn't understand Fincher was dry and sarcastic)

I am Doris used every single spell worker on the internet, spent untold amounts of money and discovered they are all fakes...i was the fool though; doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. In the end, I decided that I wanted a tarot reading to know what my future held for me; I contacted a woman who lives locally to me and she told me about a man named (priests meruja); he does not advertise on the internet, has another job for income, has no set prices, makes no false promises and refuses to help anyone that cannot be helped and even helps
for free sometimes, he will give you proof before taking money. He is a wonderful man and he was the only person who actually gave me real results. I really hope he doesn't mind me advertising his contact on the internet but I'm sure any help/ extra work will benefit him.contact him as nativedoctor101@live.com He travel sometimes.i cant give out his number cos he told me he don’t want to be disturbed by many people across the world..he said his email is okay and he’ will replied to any emails asap, love marriage, finance, job promotion ,lottery Voodoo, poker voodoo, golf Voodoo,Law & Court case Spells, money voodoo, weigh loss voodoo, any sicknesses voodoo,Trouble in marriage,HIV AIDS,it's all he does Hope this helps everyone that is in a desperate situation as I once was; I know how it feels to hold onto something and never have a chance to move on because of the false promises and then to feel trapped in wanting something
more.

Are you Effing serious? Get that crap off this site!!!

Unless you got your tarot reading to clear this blind item, post your un-related crap elsewhere.

Rooney Mara and David Fincher for sure. Too easy.

Kate16 -- It's a not remake. It's another adaptation of the book. More than one person can do an adaption of a book. Get over it.

Cee said...

i dont even know if i want to see because the original adaptation was so good...subtitles and all it was a great movie...im not sure the american version will do it justice...but yea i read about the Rooney Fincher thing and im not asking anyone if i can order food i dont care if your my boss or not you cant tell me i cant eat if im hungry...isnt there laws against that lol!

Laura if you read this, I'd like an apoplogy from you. You were unnecessarily confrontational and personal.
Was your 'get over it' attack really needed?
And by the dictionary's definitions it is a re-make, which is simply 'to make again'.
How would you feel if right now someone released another version of Twilight? You'd feel it was distracting from the effort and love put into it by the first cast, right? But maybe you feel that not everyone deserves to have their work appreciated. That it's being made while the original actress is is still active is basically spitting on her.

Kate16 there was an article on eonline where they interviewed Noomi Rapace from the original Swedish version (which i LOVED, so i REFUSE to see the REMAKE!!!) said she is excited about the American version and she thinks it will be different from the original...she praised the director and had no ill feelings!!! now about this blind even though its NOT from Ted he implied in a Bitch Back (i REFUSE to call it morning or afternoon mail) that there is nothing going on between Fincher and Rooney Mara

Dear Ted:
We know the Twilight cast is Vicey and the Hunger Games cast not so much, but what about The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo cast? Any dirt you can spill, anything that went down on set? I'm thinking Daniel Craig, Rooney Mara and David Fincher must all have Vices by now.
—Lisa

Dear The Girl With the Blind Vice:
The Dragon Tattoo cast certainly has its share of Vicey behavior (helluva lot more than Hunger), but they have nothing to do with one another. Especially the latter two.

Yes, but remember that Ted said that and this is a Lainey blind.

Different info? I don't know if Lainey has given a "reveal" yet.

Ohhh look at Lainey's post today! It confirms Rona and David Finch!

Sorry wrong spelling Rooney Mara and David Finch!

@Kate16 It's not "spitting" on Noomi to do an American version of the film. It's simply a way for Hollywood to make a lot of money because yes, mainstream America generally doesn't watch foreign language films. Part of that is the issue with subtitles and part of it is that there are very few theaters outside large cities that carry such films.

Isn't there a blind going around that Mooney is batting for the other team.
I think it was Charlotte 'Chuckie' ......
in which case he could just be mentoring her or curious about her and it may be reciprocated. Just a thought.
