Thin For Nothing
Lower tier actress - you know her name - is desperate for a big(ger) break. When she heard The Director was working on a new blockbuster, she begged and begged for a meeting. And he repeatedly kept dicking her around, cancelling at the last minute, making her wait for a couple of hours before sending the assistant out to tell her he wasn’t showing. I mean, he’s a legendary misogynist. And there’s nothing he likes more than playing mind games with young actresses.
Though he has no intention of putting her in his movies, he’s having a great time f-cking up her head. So he sent word that he might agree to see her but only if she loses some weight. This girl was fit to begin with. Like really fit. So she’s starving herself to let go of an extra 10, even though there’s not much there to begin with. But it’s not like it would help. Again, he’s just doing this because he can, for sh-ts and giggles, because he’s a twisted f-ck. As he explained to a colleague, “That girl is regular person pretty, and not even really regular person pretty. Definitely not hot enough for one of my movies.” And it’s like he’s almost insulted that she thought she was. Which is why this game, this game is just his way of putting her in her place, of punishing her for actually thinking she’d be good enough, sexy enough, to be his new model muse. He justifies it by saying he’s giving her a “life lesson”. Oh, and “if she offers me a blowjob, I’ll take it. One of these days, maybe I’ll throw her a favour”. Sad part is...she’s coming close to it. She’s coming very close.

ReplyDeleteA lot of other actresses are still on their first (Ashley Greene, Blake Lively, etc.), and we know about the other Alba blinds. Disturbing. So she messed up her first big chance with Harvey Weinstein... Or rather, it didn't pay off as much as expected. And Lainey seems to know much about Alba... Will see if any hints will be given soon.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I like the Ashley Green guess, can't remember who guessed first on the other thread, but it's a great one because of all her trying. And the Twilight movies could be considered as her first big chance.
Well, yeah, the Twilight movies were her major first big break. But to be honest, I don'T find Ashlee sexy in any way or shape. And usually, Bay gets girls that are sexy to both men and women. At least on film.
I'm guessing Kaley Cuoco because of the "Big" comment.
ReplyDeleteI think Ashley fits for this. Being in Twilight should have launched her career, but all it did was make tweener obsess about Kristen Stewert, so to me she blew that first chance. She also strikes me as the time to sleep her way to the top.
ReplyDelete@Rita--I hate to say it since I think we're usually on the same page, but I disagree with you. (Sorry!) I do find Ashley to be very pretty, but that aside she has been in several "men's" magazines as a sex symbol and a lot of my friends agree. I had an old copy of Cosmo on my coffee table recently that had her on the cover and every one of my guy friends commented on how hot she is.

I don't think Ashley not being super hot eliminates her from this though. It makes her MORE likely considering Lainey says the director isn't impressed by her looks. I can totally see a guy like Bay thinking she's just average and messing with her head.

I immediately thought of Michael Bay for the director but...something just popped into my mind - Rosie Huntington Whiteley has according to some press in the UK being asking her BF Jason Statham if he can ask his pal Guy Ritchie to consider her for the next Sherlock Holmes film. And she has lost a TON of weight recently 'even though there’s not much there to begin with'. She seems that desperate to me also, I wouldnt put it past Ritchie to behave like such a t__t.

ReplyDeleteI like Michael Bay as the director guess, but Lainey seems like she's hinting that the "lower-tier actress" is known as a model, with 1) Kate Upton being the "not" and 2) Lainey's comment that he wants someone "to be his new model muse". Maybe Brooklyn Decker? It would match with the Kate Upton "not", and the comments about fitness . . .

Jennifer Aniston’s Wanderlust earned just $6.5 million at the box office this weekend. Meanwhile, Angelina was happily holding hands with the Pitts at the Oscars, celebrating Brad’s nomination. In that spirit, maybe it was a Party Leg.
Wanderlust did not receive bad reviews. Compared to some of Aniston’s recent releases, it’s almost acclaimed. So what turned audiences away? I’m not sure Aniston fans want to see their girl in the woods milking cows. That’s how a fanbase can suffocate you, you know? And let’s not let Paul Rudd off either. Everybody is hahaha-ing about Aniston’s box office bomb but Rudd’s comedic appeal was supposed to be half the lure. And his supporters weren’t exactly enthusiastic either. Because they didn’t want to see him with her? Or because it kinda feels like Paul Rudd is stuck in a rut?
It’s back to normal after Oscar Week today. Duana and I are pre-writing as much as we can before our flights home. Sasha will be back in LifeStyle along with Hayley, and more from Milan Fashion Week too. You’ve figured out the blind riddle by now, haven’t you?

ReplyDeleteIt's totally Ashley Greene. Ashley's done a modeling campaign for Sobe, so she fits that bill. Plus she's dropped a bit of weight lately (which she didn't need to lose) and Lainey commented on it a few weeks ago.

ReplyDeleteI just saw a bit on tv about how "in shape" Jessica Alba is after baby. Massive weight loss? Check. Reputation for getting gigs on the casting couch? Double check. I would say this is definitely Alba except for the "regular person pretty" part. I think that's a huge hint for Ashley Green. Even Blake Lively is more than regular pretty.

It seems like this would have to be a younger, newer actress rather than someone more established like Alba or Green.
I think Lainey revealed this yesterday as Ashley Greene... Her Popholic ink in ShoutOuts was labeled "The ongoing thinnification of Ashley Greene."
