She said in order for her to appear at a fashion show, she needs two bottles of Cristal and "cocaine - a lot of it."

    don't know enought producers to guess #1.

    For #2, maybe rachel zoe? or patricia field? again, don't know many kooky fashion designers.

    2) I think it would be somone more of a designer than a model/designer. Maybe Betsey Johnson? She's def. "kooky"
