The "insert" part is unexplained. Anyway, everyone says this is Lily Allen. Poor Lily! She just suffered a miscarriage and was dumped by Ed Simons. Is Perez saying something else happened? :(

    I thought the "insert" part was strange-is he implying she had an abortion? And after the breakup or before? I don't really care one way or the other,actually..

    Either he's saying she had an abortion, miscarried, or used drugs or something. :(
