Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought when Milk came out a reader asked Ted if Toothy was one of the actors and Ted said Toothy would never be attached to a project like Milk due to it's subject matter. If that's the case, I can't see how Jake is Toothy, if Toothy won't go near these roles.
