Page Six Magazine-Question of the Week
"Which actress, known more for her party-girl antics than her movie career, showed up to a recent fashion event with white powder stuck to her eyebrows and lashes? It could have been makeup..."
My first thought was LiLo because it fits the "known for her party-girl antics than her movie career" but then this can also fit Tara Reid. Tara has been spending more time outside the US lately so my guess is LiLo.
